A masterclass in practical positivity

How often do you stop to appreciate the positives in your life? To practice gratitude and show others your appreciation of them? 

Too often when showing appreciation, it’s paired with a criticism or something that could have been better. We tend to focus on what’s wrong, the negatives – what is broken that we can fix? In others and in ourselves. What is lacking?

However, the power for change often lies in the positive – what is working? What do we need more of? The trouble is, our natural tendency to focus on a problem, means it’s very difficult for us to do this.

This course on practical positivity will help you to do this. We will share research and insights from positive psychology and teach you how to use or simple tools to go out and practice appreciation, gratitude and positivity every day. To transform your life, work and relationships.
