Great Feedback. Great Results is a course designed to help you learn and practice the best way to have those difficult conversations. So you can get passed what isn't working, and move forwards into what will work, for everyone involved.

We introduce our 5 step approach to giving feedback called BUILD. It's simple and it works. We will go through each step in detail, so you understand why this is an effective way to give feedback. There are interactive scenarios to help you visualise using it in practice. And there is guidance for how you can start to go out and practice using BUILD in the real world. 

This method is easy to remember, quick, and works with colleagues, your boss, at home and with friends. Watch your relationships transform and your confidence in having important, productive conversations grow as you start to embed BUILD practice in your everyday life.
