Hi, I’m Tim. 

And my mission is simply to spread kindness.

Over the past 10 years I have helped tens of thousands to reinvent their relationships at work, transform their teams, liberate leadership and take it home to help their families and friendships flourish.

But it wasn’t always like this. Before I developed the tools and approaches that have worked for so many, I struggled to cope with the relationships in my own life and work, to the point where I suffered a breakdown. I thought to myself, there had to be a better way.

So, I worked with experts and read everything there was to read about how to build the best relationships. I developed my own tools and approaches to help the relationships in my life, both at work and at home. The change was transformational, others had to know about this.

So, over the next few years I delivered over 500 workshops, honing, crafting and perfecting along the way. I’ve worked with tens of thousands of people, in more than 50 organisations, in the highest pressure environments like healthcare, education, technology and financial services.
